What you'll need

1 medium tortilla wrap

20g tomato puree

50g cooked chicken breast

50g 50% reduced fat cheddar

20g feta cheese

1/8 chopped green pepper

1/8 chopped red pepper

Dried oregano

Rocket (for serving)


  1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees C

  2. Add tomato puree to tortilla and spread evenly until covered

  3. Add all other toppings and bake in the oven for 7-8 minutes until cheddar is melted and edges of tortilla turn golden.

  4. Sprinkle rocket on the top and serve!
